Retirement is Grand!
It’s Absolutely wonderful to have time to explore your interests 🙂 In the Spring of 2016 we started our second flock of chickens with day old chicks bought from Tractor Supply and a feed store.  The twelve chick flock includes  5 ISA Browns, 2 White Leghorns, 2 White Wyandotte chicks and 3 Easter Eggers. We look forward to collecting a variety of colored eggs from their nest boxes in the Fall.  This is our first experience with a WiFi coop webcam and it quickly has attracted repeated visits on our computers and smart phones. The Nest camera has great night vision capabilities so you can see what the chicks do inside the dark coop at night. Many thanks to techy master son Dave for setting the camera and website up for us! We enjoy camping and can now check in when we are out of town and even talk to the chicks in their coop! Hope you enjoy visiting the Live Dixie Chick Cam! Sit back and enjoy a cold glass of sweet tea as you watch these Georgia chicks grow! We have added an outdoor camera so you can now see the chicks in their pen!
